Registration
To make the conference accessible for people with different needs the conference price is divided in two – conference fee and accommodation fee.
The conference fee gives you access to the full conference programme and includes the lunches and dinners. Please not that it does not includes accommodation and no breakfast.
The accommodation fee includes the hotel price. The prices vary per hotel and type of room. To make your hotel reservation visit our page with ACCOMMODATION to see our list with recommended hotels.

REGISTRATION
To register for the Hope Event follow these simple steps. Note the registration gives you access to all of the Hope Event activities and it does not include accommodation.
1. Choose the network track you wish to join before starting the online registration.
2. Fill in your details in the online REGISTRATION FORM and make sure to indicate the network track you wish to follow.
3. Make the payment.
The track leader will be reviewing the participants in his or her track, to make sure you will benefit to the maximum from your participation in Hope for Europe.
Arrival: Monday October 8th.
Conference check in will open at 13.00 at the conference venue.
