This Hope Lap aims to help you as a small national Evangelical Alliance to become a vibrant national Evangelical Alliance.

Dr. Goodwill Shana and Dr. Frank Hinkelmann will share from their own experience as former chairs of national evangelical alliances in Zimbabwe and Austria as well as from their regional and global board experience with the Evangelical Alliance.

In addition, we will look at some governance issues:

• What is the role of a national EA board?
• How should the board and the operational team work together?
• How does an effective national EA board look like?

We are looking forward to spending three days of Hope Lap with you!
