The Hope Leading with Hope and Health Lab is a space to explore the leadership challenges and opportunities that are shaping the Church today. Across three daily Labs, we will focus on three areas of leadership that are often overlooked, difficult to navigate, or emerging in ways we have not yet fully considered.

Lab #1: Partners in the Gospel

What could happen when men and women bring their gifts, perspectives and leadership together for the sake of the Gospel? This seminar will explore the theology, experience and practice of partnership, helping participants develop a biblical understanding of men and women working together, discover both the strengths and challenges of partnership, and learn practical ways to build healthy, effective teams. This is not a debate about complementary or egalitarian leadership—it is an opportunity to imagine, talk about and work through what becomes possible when we learn to lead and serve together. Come ready to be inspired, but also to engage in the conversation. We want to equip each other to take the next step towards creating new partnerships in your own ministry context.
