Register for HOPE 2026 and Partner Conferences

On this page, you can register for HOPE 2026 (5-9 October 2026) as well as for Partner Conferences happening before and after HOPE 2026:

• 2-5 October 2026: International Council of Evangelical Engagement with Muslims (ICEEM) Conference
• 9-10 October 2026: EEMA Roundtable
• 9-13 October 2026: FEET Conference
• 9-13 October 2026: Peace and Reconciliation Network (PRN) Conference

Please note that all conference tickets include access to the complete program of HOPE 2026 and the Partner Conferences. Conference tickets do not include accommodation. Rooms need to be booked separately on this page. All room bookings include all meals (full board, starting with dinner) and coffee breaks.

Accommodation:

• you can choose between single and double rooms
• We profit from special discounts in the conference hotel (Grand Blue Fafa Resort & Spa, Golem/Albania)
• Please don’t book in other hotels as only the negotiated price mentioned in this form is covering all meals and coffee breaks during the conferences)
• If you choose as accommodation a double room, make sure to mention on the next page during registration the name of the other person you would like to stay with in the room

Payment:

• Please transfer your payment to the EEA account: https://www.europeanea.org/support-us/
• Once you have booked your ticket, selected your accommodation and completed the registration process, you need to transfer the resulting full amount for your participation through the payment channels indicated on the website mentioned above
• Since we had a change in the payment channels, please DO NOT click on the link that will be provided in the confirmation e-mail after having finished the registration process (we are currently sorting out the problem; please for the moment also disregard the details and instructions in that same e-mail at the end of the registration process).

Participation:

• Please register each participant separately by filling in this registration form
• Please read our Code of Conduct (will open in a separate tab) before proceeding with your registration
• During the registration process, please let us know if you need a visa for your trip to Albania by answering YES to the relevant question – the EEA Office will then contact you
• There will be no children’s program during the conferences
• If you plan to bring children, please provide names and ages for children aged 5 or younger
• Children older than 5 need to be registered as separate participants

Local Transportation:

• We are able to offer airport pick-up and drop-off for 22 EUR per person (round trip)
• Local Transportation will be organized in the form of group transportation from and to the airport
• For comparison: A taxi from Tirana airport to the venue costs about 30-35 EUR one way
• If you book group transportation on this registration page, you need to send us your arrival and departure times at Tirana airport until 15 September 2026 (reminders will be sent in participants mailings)

HOPE 2026 Expo:

• The HOPE 2026 Expo gives organisations the opportunity to present themselves with either a stand or resources/materials on two tables per organization provided by HOPE 2026
• Stands and tables will be positioned on the margins of the main conference plenary hall during HOPE 2026
• If you plan to present your organization in the HOPE 2026 Expo, please fill in the respective fields during the registration process
